Ginger uses her multidisciplinary background to counsel candidates at all experience levels regarding career options and opportunities. Her keen business acumen allows Ginger to partner strategically with clients to help them achieve their optimal staffing mix. Ginger is widely regarded as one of the leading and most experienced legal staffing professionals in the Chicago area. Before founding legalQuest, Ginger spent eight years with the nation's largest legal staffing firm, where she served as the Executive Director of its Chicago office. While there she consistently won recognition in the company's President's Club and President's Circle and as Branch of the Year. Prior to pursuing a career in legal staffing, Ginger was a Tax Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand LLP, where she counseled high net worth individuals and non-profits.
